1 star because of the awful restaurant. Two awful experiences. Tonight I waited 50 minutes to be served a cold started of chicken wings. I mean cold, not even warm. I sent them back. 20 minutes later I ask what’s happening and then they bring me the same plate of wings. I asked if they are the same and if they have been reheated, they had. What kind of 5 star, 4 star or even 3 star hotel would do that in their restaurant? Are they trying to give people food poisoning. The supervisor came to ask why I didn’t want them. This is a serious issue that the staff think this is ok. By now I’ve been at my table for 90 minutes with no food. My steak turns up, again, barely warm. By this point I ate the only hot food I’d been served all night, FRIES, and asked for the bill. The waitress / supervisor / manager asked how was my main. It’s awful. There were only 3 tables with less that 10 guests in the restaurant at the time. Not even an offer of a reduced bill. By far the worst restaurant I’ve ever eaten at in any hotel let alone a 5*. The owner and Hilton should be embarrassed by this place and look into this as a matter of urgency. Staff need urgent training and standards need to rise. I have emailed Hilton about this too. Stunning photos and nice rooms, but the restaurant is the worst and I will never stay here again.
